Structured career in engineering and operations, solid experience in production planning and control (PPC) management of enterprises, trade negotiations, research and implementation of technological innovations. Previously she contribute as Construction Manager to conclude a Procter and Gamble GO Relocation Process with client team in Chicago, Costa Rica, Minnesota and NY.

Conjunto de ações e gestão integrada (Stakeholders) organizada em vetores estratégicos: consolidação em gerenciamento de projetos e negócios, planejamento de processos, produtos e pessoas no reposicionamento e valorização do cliente no mercado internacional.
Owner do processo de acompanhamento do portfólio de projetos da empresa (Gestão do cronograma e orçamento do projeto, apuração e monitoramento dos resultados obtidos, report semanal e hand over e/ou encerramento do projeto). Responsável por facilitar a comunicação entre os times de projetos e as áreas de suporte, criação do dashboard de projetos e ferramentas de gestão para a presidência, diretoria e gerentes/coordenadores de projetos. Construção e apresentação de comitês executivos semanais para report dos projetos da companhia – Turn Key, Design & Build, industriais, corporativos, implantações e retrofit.
