As a Project Manager with over 8 years of professional experience, focused in Architecture, Landscaping and LEED Certificate at Solomon’s Temple Project. Structured career in engineering and operations, solid experience in production planning and control (PPC) management of enterprises, trade negotiations, research and implementation of technological innovations. Best performance in engineering, construction master plans, project and business management. Recently managed the projects for the implementation of the new commercial offices of Shure in Brazil, Ibope Inteligência and WEWORK-BR-SP-JKT. Strong knowledge in the best practices of PMBOK, Lean Six Sigma, Spanish / English Fluent and PMI / PMP. Skills: Planning, leadership, supplier management, Negotiation, Focus on results and customer.

The mains tasks also included to monitor the POs issued by Procurement, track schedule, budget and risks focusing on mitigation. Currently she is concluding a Restack Project at Bank of America, which has included critical system disassembling, following the PM process and close communication with client team in Los Angeles, Kansas and Chicago. Previously she contribute as Construction Manager to conclude a Procter and Gamble GO Relocation Process with client team in Chicago, Costa Rica, Minnesota and NY.

Owner do processo de acompanhamento do portfólio de projetos da empresa (Gestão do cronograma e orçamento do projeto, apuração e monitoramento dos resultados obtidos, report semanal e hand over e/ou encerramento do projeto). Responsável por facilitar a comunicação entre os times de projetos e as áreas de suporte, criação do dashboard de projetos e ferramentas de gestão para a presidência, diretoria e gerentes/coordenadores de projetos. Construção e apresentação de comitês executivos semanais para report dos projetos da companhia – Turn Key, Design & Build, industriais, corporativos, implantações e retrofit.

The Solomon's Temple To enhance the biblical atmosphere, Bishop Edir Macedo ordered stone from Israel /Hebron to cover the walls of Solomon’s Temple. This project was developed with Environmental concerned —this will be the first to conform to the LEED Green Building Rating System (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
